If you don’t have a working dish and decoder yet, it’s an installation. If you had signal and it’s gone, dropped or is pixelating, it’s a repair. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes — most customers do. A common combo is a DStv installation plus TV wall mounting in a single visit. Tell us everything you need and we’ll quote it together.
Do you offer same-day service on all of these?
Same-day is our standard for DStv and OpenView installs, signal repairs and TV mounting across Gauteng. Board-level TV repairs may take a little longer if a part has to be ordered.
Is everything guaranteed?
